A name you choose to be represented by, as opposed to a name that has been assigned to you. Free people choose their own destiny, and indeed, identity.

Choosing a Free Name

There's no wrong way to choose a free name. You may want to choose something easy to remember or spell, or not. Try to pick something that makes a statement about you...I felt like it was an inside joke with myself...a secret between you and your subconscious. Vitus Choice's name says something about his passion for knowledge, for freedom, for peaceful cooperation and mutual respect between all people. My name emphasizes my desire to understand the world around me, my love of science and art, and preoccupation with the oldest mysteries. You'll think of something! Chances are, you've had a free spirit rattling it's cage inside you for a long, long time. This may not be your idea of choosing a free name, and that's ok too, do whatever you want. You're free!
